Chinmay is our star for this month! He has been speaking up more comfortably with guests, interns, peers, and trainers. Every day he greets all of them and engages in conversations about movies and outings. Chinmay also responds well in classes and discussions with peers! He makes sure to take care of his peers during lunch. If someone has not come to class he enquires about them.
Chinmay is very organized. He puts away all the things back in their places after finishing a particular task. If any of his peers are not able to complete the task he will take initiative to help them out. He also follows instructions to the point and is comfortable with the other trainees. Chinmay is very keen on attending employability classes and exposure visits.
