Vocational Training

(Age 18 Years and Above)

The Vocational Training program provides a well-rounded learning experience through practical training, industry exposure, and employability skills development. Alongside technical expertise, participants build confidence, communication, and adaptability—preparing them for real-world success.

Key Streams:

  • Retail Training
Trainees gain comprehensive exposure to retail operations across supermarkets, clothing stores, tuck shops, and thrift shops. They practice tasks such as shelving, size sorting, pricing, garment processing, and delivery logistics. Real-world exposure is ensured through internships at Amazon and FamilyPoint, enhancing their readiness for future employment.
  • Hospitality & Housekeeping
The program develops core hospitality and F&B service skills, including table setting, food preparation, kitchen hygiene, and safety practices. Trainees also learn housekeeping tasks with an emphasis on grooming, discipline, and professionalism. The transformation is visible in their confidence, presentation, and workplace readiness.
  • Office Assistance
This course prepares participants for professional office environments. Training includes digital literacy (MS Word, Excel, email), document management, and use of office equipment. Sessions on workplace etiquette, resume building, and self-advocacy ensure trainees are equipped both technically and personally to succeed in office settings.
  • Information Technology (IT)
Trainees build a foundation in digital tools such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and data entry applications. Beyond technical learning, the focus is on applying skills in real-world contexts, improving employability, and instilling confidence to work in corporate or administrative roles.
  • Short-Term Courses
Focused skill-building modules such as Digitization and Cooking offer targeted growth opportunities. Trainees in Digitization develop essential computer knowledge and practical efficiency, while the Cooking program nurtures culinary skills alongside memory retention, attention span, and social engagement. These short courses combine technical training with holistic personal development.
