A visit to mitti cafe at St. Joseph’s college Bangalore with 10 Diya trainees. Our trainees observed the process of receiving orders and customer service, understood about equipment in the kitchen area, cleaning area & service area.
Apart from that, they were also excited to meet college students who supported and welcomed them in a friendly way.
It was a wonderful experience for the trainees to understand various job roles, supported each other while traveling, and decided on their own meals by this we are able to achieve a few of our goals like budgeting, socializing, teamwork, F&B services, building confidence, communication and many more.
