Knowing how to use a knife safely and learning how to prep for a meal are important skills to know in the kitchen to save time in cooking. On June 8th, 2018 our students along with a team of 20 volunteers acquired new knowledge on how to preserve veggies as well as learned skills of peeling and cutting, grating and storing.


A big ‘thank you’ to our volunteer team who came on time and were a very positive and patient team of people. Also, a big shout out to our students on how awesome they were in their eagerness to learn.
