A team of volunteers from Morgan Stanley came in to teach our adults with intellectual challenges how to wash prep and try different cooking Techniques on vegetables. A challenging task as not everyone likes veggies. So carrot’s and beans were cut and steamed and stir fried, potatoes were boiled and fried, cabbage too was boiled and some of it stir fried and cauliflower was grilled. And the hot favorite – fried potatoes 😁. A warm ‘thank you’ to our volunteers for your patience and support.
